Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Documentation Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department by maintaining accurate employee records, digitizing personnel documentation, and assisting with day-to-day HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Digitize, organize, and maintain employee personnel files in electronic document management systems.
- Scan, upload, index, and archive employee records while ensuring document accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing personnel files, collecting required documentation, and ensuring completion of employment paperwork.
- Update employee records for changes including promotions, transfers, compensation adjustments, and terminations.
Qualifications
- Must have 1-2 years of administrative, clerical, or HR support experience preferred.
-Must have experience with document management, scanning, or electronic filing systems is a plus.
-Must have strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
