Responsibilities
- Identify and Engage Prospects: Actively connect with potential clients through outreach and follow-up to understand their needs and match them with tailored insurance solutions.
- Educate and Advise: Clearly explain coverage options, policy terms, and pricing to help clients make confident, informed decisions.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with your team to develop winning sales strategies, share best practices, and consistently hit performance targets.
- Utilize Sales Technology: Leverage CRM tools and digital platforms to manage client interactions, streamline workflows, and maximize productivity.
- Stay Informed: Keep up with insurance industry updates, product changes, and compliance requirements to deliver accurate, up-to-date advice.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Licensing: Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license within a designated timeframe (support provided).
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not required.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, a knack for building client relationships, and strong problem-solving abilities. Comfortable using basic computer systems.
- Personal Traits: Self-driven, eager to grow, customer-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team setting.
