Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
- Monitor patient health and record vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Washington
- Proven clinical nursing experience, preferably in acute or long-term care settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
