Job DescriptionMancan is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher for a local company to coordinate daily operations and support field staff through effective communication and scheduling. This role is essential to maintaining smooth workflow and timely service delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm(or until the last driver leaves)
Requirements:
- capable of standing for long hours and walking around
- working with a team
- ability to multitask
- able to traverse two flights of stairs
Qualifications:
- Previous dispatch, logistics, or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
