We are seeking an Entry Level Business Development Assistant to become an integral part of our team! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients. Our Business Development agents help our clients expand their footprint in the Houston area. This is a FULL TIME and PERMANENT position. We do provide training and it is Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM.
Responsibilities:
- Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
- Close and follow up on sales transactions
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with clients
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Experience: 2-3 years of related experience
Preferred Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Preferred Experience: 5-10 years of related experience
