Purpose
Drive regional wildlife and pest control service execution by ensuring wildlife traps are inspected, exclusion services are delivered, and customers’ properties are protected through effective pest management and exclusion strategies. Support operational excellence by maintaining service schedules, communicating with customers, and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.
Key Contributions
•Inspect, service, and maintain wildlife traps and control systems on assigned routes.
•Conduct property inspections to identify wildlife activity and determine appropriate control and exclusion strategies
•Perform wildlife exclusion and repair work, including sealing entry points and installing preventative materials.
•Maintain service schedules and communicate proactively with operations and customers regarding findings, progress, and next steps.
•Complete accurate service documentation and maintain assigned vehicle, tools, and equipment.
•Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
•Participate in required training, support collections efforts, and contribute to lead generation initiatives.
Success Metrics
•Complete =98% of scheduled service calls, as assigned.
•Maintain =90% accuracy in service documentation and compliance with control and exclusion standards.
•Achieve =70% positive customer satisfaction scores on post-service surveys.
•Submit or sell a minimum of 8 qualified technician leads per month.
•Respond to =95% of service delivery issues or escalations within 24 hours with zero repeat issues.
•Maintain zero preventable safety or driving incidents.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications
•High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years of proven driving experience.
•Successful completion of 30-day initial training (classroom and field) and earning minimum of two CEUs annually.
•Ability to pass a seven-year criminal background check, substance abuse testing, and three-year motor vehicle report.
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience in pest control, wildlife management, or related field.
•Experience working in multi-state, high-growth, or field-based environments.
•Advanced certifications or specialized knowledge in pest management (if applicable).
