Customer Service Representative

We are seeking individuals who demonstrate a high level of professionalism, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to helping others in a structured and supportive environment.


Position Overview:

This role involves handling inbound calls from consumers regarding account balances, card activation, phone orders, and internal procedures. It requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently. You’ll work in a collaborative team setting while striving to meet personal performance goals.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound consumer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries over the phone
  • Use internal systems to verify and document customer information


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, including problem-solving
  • At least 1 year of experience in an office setting using a computer and phone
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week within site operating hours
  • Proficiency with Windows PC applications and ability to learn new systems


Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while on calls
  • Strong multitasking skills, including understanding various products and benefit levels
  • Consistent focus and productivity, even with repetitive tasks


Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent speaking and listening via headset
  • Extended periods of sitting and computer use
  • Moderate noise level typical of a service center environment
