Location: Delano, MN 55328
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay Range: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Weekly Pay

Job Overview:

A well-established manufacturing company in Delano, MN is seeking 3 full-time Production Workers across three separate shifts. These are temp-to-hire positions offering stable weekday schedules, weekly pay, and a clean, safe, team-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Perform basic machine maintenance
• Track labor and material usage
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently (team-lift up to 100 lbs as needed)
• Stand and walk throughout the shift
• Use hands for repetitive tasks, reaching, and tool use

Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools
• Able to read and follow written instructions
• Reliable with strong attendance history
• High school diploma or GED preferred
