Requirements:
What You’ll Do
- Technical Sales Support – Timely translation of customer requirements into accurate proposals, making sure designs truly meet customer needs.
- Customer Communication?– Engage with customers via phone, email, and video conferencing to gather technical details, answer product questions, and provide guidance. Review installation bills of material and system designs to ensure completeness, accuracy, and feasibility for customers.
- Product Knowledge?– Stay current on product lines, system capabilities, and industry trends to provide expert advice during the sales process.
- Collaboration – Work closely with outside sales, engineering, procurement, and operations teams to validate concepts before quotes are finalized.
- Quality Assurance – Serve as a second set of eyes on estimates and proposals, ensuring customers aren’t overlooking critical elements.
- Self-Starter Execution – Operate independently, prioritize effectively, and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen solutions and customer relationships.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as an installation, estimating, project, or concepting engineer (material handling or related industries preferred).
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort reviewing drawings, bills of material, and system designs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent the company professionally to customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems and CAD software is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without needing close supervision.
- A collaborative, problem-solving mindset—focused on getting it right rather than just getting it done.
