• Hours per Week: 36\n
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend\n
• Patient Ratios: 1:5\n
• Charting System: Cerner\n
• Orientation: 36 hours\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1910 - $1960\n

\n\nER RN Qualifications\n

\n
• Current and active Pennsylvania or compact Registered Nurse license\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience\n
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI\n
• TNCC certification preferred\n
• Experience in Trauma Level I or II Emergency Departments preferred\n
• Community hospital experience required\n
• Must complete PA fingerprinting and Childline process promptly upon contract signing\n
• Lab work must be completed within 72 hours of signing contract\n
• No local candidates (must live at least 75 miles from facility)\n

\n\nER RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced Emergency Department\n
• Perform triage, assessment, and management of acute and critical conditions, including trauma, cardiac, respiratory, neurological, and behavioral health emergencies\n
• Administer emergency medications, IV therapies, and blood products\n
• Manage central lines, chest tubes, ventilated patients, and advanced airway procedures\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response\n
• Utilize Cerner for electronic charting and clinical documentation\n
• Participate in rotating shifts and every other weekend coverage as required\n
• Maintain compliance with all credentialing, onboarding, and hospital policies\n
