Epic Personnel Partners is actively hiring a Bilingual Recruiter (SPANISH and ENGLISH) to support recruitment efforts at our Bloomfield, CT location.
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00AM–5:00PM
Duties: The Bilingual Recruiter leads full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and supporting staffing goals across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and tailor strategies
- Leverage job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for fit and qualifications
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and deliver a seamless experience
- Assist with HR-related projects and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a staffing agency setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
