Adecco is partnering with a great family owned business to hire Fabricator/Press Brake Operator for a contract to hire role in Plymouth MN.
Shift 6am-2:30pm
Pay $19-$26 hr based on experience (Higher end does require Setup experience
Location Plymouth MN
3 month contract to hire
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Assemble, repair and fabricate custom metal parts by operating mechanical equipment such as Shears, Automated punches, Press Brake, Laser and other fabrication equipment

Utilizes designs and plans to assure proper dimensions and tolerances are achieved.

Works closely with other team members and the department lead and/or Production Supervisor

Open bundles of materials with cutters, sorting stock, responsible for measuring/confirming size, type and thickness.

Communicate and coordinate with team members to sustain a quality finished product that meets or exceeds EMI drawings and specifications.

Must be able to measure dimensions and compare to drawing specifications.

Maintains a safe and clean working environment and adheres to procedures, codes and safety regulations.

Other duties as assigned to meet customer requirements including, mechanical assembly.
High school diploma/GED or more is preferred - equivalent experience will be considered.
Physical Demands:
• This position is required to routinely lift up to 50 lbs., repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Stand for extended periods of time.

Continually perform a wide range of physical activities which include pulling, reaching, bending over, crouching, lifting, climbing, balancing, and kneeling. Personal Protective Equipment Steel toe shoes, safety glasses, and gloves. Work Environment:
Pay Details: $19.00 to $26.00 per hour
