Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong background in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to school-aged children
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not required
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach with students, teachers, and families
- Willingness to relocate for the contract period
Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with the multidisciplinary team
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions individually and in small groups
- Maintain accurate, timely records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Provide guidance to educators and families to help generalize communication skills across environments
- Attend school meetings and contribute to intervention planning
- Remain adaptable to the unique needs of the campus community
