Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Formulation Production Worker to join our manufacturing team in Weston, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality formulations while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

  • Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mixing, blending, and processing materials
  • Measure and weigh raw materials according to formulation specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety and quality standards
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning
  • Record production data and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Identify and report any quality issues or equipment malfunctions
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred
  • Knowledge of production processes and familiarity with manufacturing equipment
  • Understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and handle materials
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of formulation processes and quality control procedures preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
