Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Providing speech-language therapy services in a dynamic educational environment, this role offers an opportunity to support students' communication development across multiple school locations in the Fredericksburg, VA area. This position is a contract role, starting as soon as possible and continuing through June 12th, 2026, with a consistent 35-hour workweek spread over 7 hours per day.

Responsibilities include conducting speech and language evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering targeted therapy to students in need. Collaboration with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals is essential to ensure effective communication support tailored to each childs needs. Maintaining accurate records and complying with all relevant educational and clinical guidelines will be key components of this role.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Virginia Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license is required.
• Experience working as a school-based SLP, ideally with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Strong understanding of speech and language assessments and interventions within educational settings.
• Ability to work onsite across multiple school locations within the Fredericksburg area.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative approach to student care.
