Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic settings and possess advanced manual therapy skills, including dry needling.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions to determine functional impairments, movement dysfunctions, and treatment goals.
- Implement advanced manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilizations, soft tissue mobilization, and dry needling, to address pain, improve mobility, and enhance tissue healing.
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, therapeutic exercise programs, and patient education to promote active participation in rehabilitation and empower patients to manage their conditions effectively.
- Monitor patients' progress closely and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure ongoing improvement and achievement of therapy goals.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, physical therapists, and support staff, to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including continuing education courses.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Physical Therapy license in Georgia.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy settings.
- Strong manual therapy skills, including proficiency in dry needling techniques.
- Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
