Pediatrician

Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $220,000 to $250,000 depending on experience
- Loan repayment options available (National Health Scholar Program eligible)
- Quarterly productivity bonuses – approx. $3,600/year

Responsibilities
- Outpatient setting, Monday–Friday (open to 4-day work week)
- 18–20 patients per day on average, with daily 40-minute admin time
- 15–20 minutes per patient visit
- Diverse patient population (predominantly African American)
- Reports to Director of Family Practice and CMO for clinical concerns
- Uses eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR
- Shared call rotation, rare after-hours needs (nurse line & answering service support)
- Call schedule approximately 8 weeks per year, with an average of 1–3 calls per week during assigned rotation
- Call only; no hospital privileges required
Requirements
- Board Certification in Pediatrics (Required)
- Clear and active Florida medical license
