Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located at our office in Cheswick, PA. The Office Associate will manage daily administrative tasks, assist with customer service inquiries, and provide support across departments. Responsibilities include office administration, accounting tasks, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role requires a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual dedicated to contributing to overall organizational success.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with internal teams and clients
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to handle day-to-day office tasks
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting to manage invoices, records, and related financial tasks
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administrative or office management are a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred
