Job Description:
We are currently seeking reliable On-Call Temporary Janitorial / Floor Technicians for commercial cleaning projects throughout the Portland Metro area. Assignments vary by location and duration, typically lasting 1 2 weeks, with the possibility of future work based on performance and availability.
This role is ideal for experienced floor technicians who are comfortable working independently and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Responsibilities Include:

Commercial janitorial and facility cleaning duties

Floor care including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing

Operating floor buffers and other cleaning equipment

Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards at all job sites

Traveling to various commercial locations using a company vehicle
Requirements:

Previous floor technician experience required

Experience operating floor buffers and floor care equipment

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Clean background / record

Ability to work on-call and short-term assignments

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Ability to perform physical work (standing, walking, lifting, bending)
