Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school district in New Jersey is seeking a licensed School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services within local schools. This role requires some travel between school sites to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and intervention services as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support school-wide initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and comply with educational regulations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interventions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel between school locations within the district
