Job DescriptionMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist for an onsite, school-based role in Duluth, MN. This position offers the unique opportunity to work in a scenic lakeside community while supporting student success.

You’ll provide essential services that help students overcome communication challenges and gain confidence in the classroom.

• Onsite position in a school setting
• Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions
• Collaborate with school staff and families
• Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines

Qualified candidates will hold a Master’s degree in SLP and Minnesota licensure. School-based experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.72 to $63.72. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
