- Miller Truck Leasing – the largest privately-held truck leasing company on the East Coast. Provides full-service leasing, finance leasing, truck rental, and truck maintenance programs.
- Miller Dealerships - Provides car and light truck solutions across the Ford, Lincoln, and Subaru brands.
- Miller Dedicated Services - Supports customers in outsourcing their transportation needs by providing vehicles, drivers, fuel, insurance, and overall industry expertise.
- Miller Brokerage Services - Provides on-demand capacity solutions through our network of reliable carriers.
Miller Transportation Group is hiring a Billing Administrator for our Miller Truck Leasing division in Mount Holly, NJ. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service and time management skills, and a desire to make a positive impact on the team and the company.
Requirements
You Will regularly perform the following:
- Weekly and Monthly Billing
- Working with Customers to resolve disputes
- Filing, scanning and mailing
- Depositing Checks
- Data input
- Check writing
- Commercial registration and titling for new and used vehicles across multiple states
- Working with Lease/Rental Customers to receive and maintain their insurance on Miller owned vehicles
- Tracking and maintaining dealer plate logs for multiple locations
You Have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills (orally and in writing)
- Time management skills along with strong organization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work on a team
- Ability to learn computer systems
- Microsoft Office - Outlook and Excel experience
- Ability to adapt and problem solve
- Ability to work: Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM
