Part time HR Assistant

Seeking a human resource assistant to help with onboarding and coordination of employee records. This hybrid role is ideal for a professional who is interested in working 20-26 hours each week. This position will work during the day, between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm, Monday-Friday. There is some flexibility to the schedule and the dress code is business casual.

Duties:

  • Manage onboarding for new hires, including background and drug screens

  • Maintain accurate employee records

  • Administer and monitor training

  • Support various HR projects

  • Help with employment verifications

  • Assist with payroll

  • Administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (G-Suite/Google sheets/docs)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Background assisting in human resources or payroll required

  • Able to multi-task

  • Must be able to maintain confidential information



Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
