Our interdisciplinary team provides individual and group therapy in Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy, as week as Mental Health services. Pay: We offer a competitive rate between $25-26 per session for the COTA position. Unlike per-visit or point-based models, our structure provides financial consistency, even during cancellations or sick days, supporting work-life balance for job satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Schedule: 4x10s with flexible start times.

Requirements

Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated COTA who’s passionate about pediatric care and eager to support team development through mentorship and collaboration. While this is not a supervisory role, the COTA will help foster team excellence by modeling best practices, supporting onboarding, and helping create a positive clinical culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services under OT supervision.
  • Collaborate with OTs in implementing effective treatment plans.
  • Contribute to interdisciplinary treatment planning.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
  • Actively participate in team training and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Valid Colorado (DORA) COTA license.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Availability for after-school hours.
