About the Role:
Join Rapid Die Cut as a Manufacturing General Laborer and play a vital role in our production team! We are seeking dedicated individuals who are eager to contribute to our innovative manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and operation of die-cutting machines.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Load and unload materials and products as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Support other manufacturing activities as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Reliable transportation to the Clinton Township location.
