Job DescriptionStarting at $25/hour.
Weekly pay available.
Flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with feeding and meal support as needed.
• Measure and document vital signs.
• Safely transfer and reposition residents.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity.
• Follow facility policies and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and healthcare staff to provide quality care.

Requirements:

• Active Minnesota CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist residents throughout shifts.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
