What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help schedule and coordinate raw materials and components to meet production timelines

• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and resolve any hiccups

• Monitor inventory levels, track discrepancies, and support regular audits

• Generate and manage purchase orders, production orders, and shipping docs using ERP systems

• Keep teams informed on order status, shipment delays, and delivery timelines

• Support logistics scheduling and transportation coordination

• Collaborate with quality and production to address material or delivery issues

• Maintain accurate supply chain documentation and reports

• Provide customer service support by sharing order updates and assisting with delivery inquiries

What You Bring:

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory, logistics, or production support (manufacturing preferred)

• Solid understanding of supply chain principles and production processes

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP experience is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities

• Great communication and teamwork skills

Bonus Skills:

• Experience working in cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with lean or continuous improvement methodologies

• Knowledge of procurement and inventory best practices
