Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full school year contract opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to serve K-12 students in Springfield, OH. This role is ideal for professionals committed to supporting student well-being and academic success throughout the school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students across K-12 grade levels
- Interpret evaluation results and collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling support and crisis intervention as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to address student needs and promote positive outcomes
- Maintain detailed records and adhere to legal and ethical standards in all aspects of practice
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid school psychologist certification/license recognized in the state
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings
- Strong knowledge of psychological and educational assessment tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with school personnel and families
