Job DescriptionMancan Staffing is seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to operate an OD (Outside Diameter) Grinder in the manufacturing of carbide wear parts and carbide cold draw/forming tooling. This is a full-time, on-site position at our facility in Carnegie, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate OD grinding machines for carbide components
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Measure and inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments to ensure quality standards
Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work independently and collaboratively with the production team
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies
Adjust processes to improve quality or efficiency as needed

Qualifications:
Experience operating OD grinders required, preferably with carbide materials
Knowledge of grinding tolerances, feeds, and speeds
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic math and measurement skills
Willingness to be flexible with schedule and job duties
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
