<p>Are you an LVN that is passionate about changing lives? Are you looking for a flexible opportunity? We are looking to hire LVNs to join our team to support patients in their homes. </p>
<p>Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide direct patient care as defined under the state Nurse Practice act using sound judgment and critical thinking</li>
<li>Implement the plan of care and treatment initiated by the registered nurse</li>
<li>Provide accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the nursing process</li>
<li>Conduct ongoing assessments</li>
<li>Observe client condition and accurately reports to the registered nurse</li>
<li>Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures competency in accordance to the scope of practice and adheres to policies, procedures, and protocols</li>
<li>Follow principles of infection control and Universal Precautions</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Graduate of National League of nursing accredited practical or vocational school of nursing</li>
<li>Unencumbered Texas LVN license</li>
<li>Minimum of one year nursing experience required; three years preferred</li>
<li>Current CPR</li>
<li>Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray</li>
<li>Minimum of two references (professional and personal)</li>
