We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Call Center Representative for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in Gainesville, FL. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Pay: $21.50/hr to start!
- 6-month assignment with possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
- Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Onsite!
- Primarily responsible for handling inbound customer calls, managing supply orders, providing customer support, and ensuring the accuracy of patient records and accounts.
- Oversees the processing of new referrals, coordinates equipment replacements, and schedules annual maintenance, while consistently meeting department KPIs and adhering to regulations.
- Communicates prescription revision requests to clinic support teams and coordinates customer returns, ensuring full compliance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, is required.
- Experience with data entry is required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
