Job DescriptionSalary: $60,000
-Reports to: Directly to the CEO and Supervise the House Leads/Managers
-Monitoring activities in the facilities to preserve the programs integrity to comply with State guidelines and regulations. (Environmental documentations, Physical plants etc )
-Attend and participates State inspections or Surveys in accordance with Facility Policy and Procedures.
- Updating and maintaining Policies and Procedures book for State Compliance.
- Ensure Compliance and Quality Assurance of the homes by preparing QA quarterly for the Facilities.
- Maintaining case management Communication, collaborating with collateral care providers, advocating, providing crisis assessment and intervention.
- Maintaining and ensuring that all documentations are completed within 24hrs (IAD, ARTs etc.)
- Hiring new employees and ensure quick onboarding process taking into consideration the compliance of employment and maintaining documentation of staff/employees in accordance with state compliance. Training and continuous education of Staff
- Conduct staff meetings and Clinical oversight sessions with a BHP every 2 weeks
Provide behavioral health services to residents including:
- CDAs (Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments
- Treatment Plans in consultation with the BHP
3. Timely Preparation and Participation of Concurrent Reviews for Clients for Extended stay Prior Authorizations
Qualifications needed :
Masters in psychology or master's degree
