What You’ll Do:
- Support the lead teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom
- Help plan and participate in fun, age-appropriate activities
- Encourage learning through play, creativity, and teamwork
- Assist with daily routines like snack time, cleanup, and transitions
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Jump in wherever needed—because teamwork makes the dream work!
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be fingerprinted and cleared by DCFS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous daycare or childcare experience
- A positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a genuine love for children
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
