Recruitment Consultant – Job Duties
You will support multiple clients in the construction, manufacturing and industrial sectors with high volume recruitment, as an extension of their internal recruitment function (think of yourself like a high performing fractional recruitment consultant).
- Perform candidate sourcing and screening for trade labor including laborers, skilled trades, supervisors, and production staff.
- Source active and passive candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct pre-screens and coordinate interviews at scale, moving candidates quickly through the pipeline
- Create and implement high-speed sourcing strategies to maintain a steady candidate pipeline
- Ensure quick turnarounds from candidate application to job offer, minimizing time-to-fill
- Handle multiple priorities at once, shifting focus as hiring demands fluctuate
- Maintain accurate tracking of candidates using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and reporting tools
- Prepare candidate offer letters, process background checks, initiate drug test and other pre-employment screenings
- Work directly in partnership with clients

Keep a candidate pipeline flowing for the clients you serve, interact directly with the clients as their partner and teammate, juggle multiple priorities (rapid pace!!), bring your high sense of urgency and organization, maintain client satisfaction and add value as a consultant.
Recruitment Consultant – Required Skills, Experience & Capabilities
- You are excited to work in a consulting business and learn professional services consulting – this is not your traditional staffing model
• Ability to prioritize many different tasks and juggle many different roles and client priorities – you can work in a fast-paced environment and nothing falls through the cracks
- Sourcing experience and expertise across multiple tools and channels hiring for construction crews, tradespeople, field labor roles, industrial and related
- Experience in high volume recruiting (temp agency, recruitment agency, high volume internal recruitment or RPO)
• Deadline driven and high sense of urgency (with multiple clients)
• You are resilient, gritty and energized to work on a small team with aggressive growth goals

Compensation DOE, base salary of $70,000-$80,000 plus incentive bonuses.
