Job Description
A high-end spa located inside a luxury hotel in Santa Monica is looking for a talented and experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis (20–25 hours/week).
We’re seeking someone with a true passion for wellness, excellent client care, and strong sales skills to enhance our growing spa.
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Licensed Massage Therapist (CA license required)</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in a spa or wellness setting</li>
<li>Proficient in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and other standard modalities</li>
<li>Experience with body scrubs and wraps</li>
<li>Lymphatic drainage certification is a plus</li>
<li>Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and preferences.</li>
<li>Able to be on your feet for 5+ hours per shift</li>
<li>Clean, organized, and professional work habits</li>
<li>Strong sales abilities (upselling treatments + retail)</li>
<li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.</li>
</ul>
Compensation:
<ul>
<li>Hourly pay + commission + tips</li>
<li>Range dependent on experience</li>
