About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team and drive growth in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology industries. This role is focused on promoting specialized engineering services such as project management, commissioning & qualification, process validation, and computerized systems validation (CSV).
As a key member of our business development team, you will identify opportunities, present tailored solutions, and close deals that solve complex challenges in regulated environments. You’ll be instrumental in building lasting client relationships while using your technical knowledge and consultative sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop new client relationships in the regulated sector.

Conduct meetings and deliver tailored presentations to Engineering, Quality, and Operations leaders.

Prepare technical and economic proposals that align with client needs.

Manage the full sales cycle using Pipedrive CRM, ensuring all activities and communications are tracked.

Coordinate with internal technical teams for accurate scoping and service alignment.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals and KPIs.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales or consulting within the pharma, biotech, or medical device sectors.

Strong knowledge of FDA, GMP, ISO 13485 regulations and validation standards.

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and project requirements.

Proven experience using CRM tools, preferably Pipedrive.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Availability for local and international travel.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $36,000 – $48,000/year

Commissions:

Annual Bonus: based on performance/KPIs

Commissions are paid quarterly, based on billed and paid contract values.
