Plenty of Hires is a Rapid City-based hiring workforce solution matching experienced construction professionals with local employers across the Black Hills. We're currently recruiting a Construction Project Manager on behalf of residential and commercial builders in the Rapid City area.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing residential and commercial construction projects from groundbreak to closeout
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site crews
- Keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and up to code
- Communicating directly with clients and ownership
- Handling permitting, inspections, and documentation
What we're looking for:
- 3–5+ years of project management experience in residential and/or commercial construction
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation
- Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of scheduling, estimating, and subcontractor management
- Comfortable working in and around Rapid City and the Black Hills region
- OSHA certification a plus — not required
