Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping patients improve mobility, relieve pain, restore function, and prevent physical disabilities through evidence-based therapy and personalized care. This position requires strong clinical expertise, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals
· Administer therapeutic interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education
· Track patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
· Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications
· Maintain accurate and compliant documentation using electronic medical records
· Participate in continuing education and stay up to date with advancements in physical therapy
· Foster a positive and supportive clinic environment with a focus on excellence in care
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
· Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
· Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
· Clinical experience, preferably in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or similar settings
· Strong knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy techniques and practices
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Proficiency in using electronic medical records and basic computer applications
Preferred Qualifications:
· Certification in a specialized area (e.g., OCS, SCS, manual therapy)
· Experience with advanced treatment methods such as dry needling, manual therapy, or aquatic therapy
· Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
· Demonstrated leadership qualities and a collaborative work ethic
