Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills
- Proficient in electronic health records and clinical documentation
- Team-oriented approach with effective communication abilities
- Up-to-date BLS certification
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care under the guidance of physicians and advanced practitioners
- Perform patient assessments, administer medications and injections, and manage wound care
- Deliver health education to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Assist with minor procedures and ensure a sterile, organized clinical environment
- Document all patient interactions and interventions in the electronic health record accurately
- Collaborate with medical and administrative staff, supporting clinic operations and maintaining high standards of care
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
