Job DescriptionSalary: $90,000 - $100,000/ yr
Zoi and Mind Clinics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting FBAs, developing individualized treatment plans, Supervising mid-tier Case Managers and Behavior Technicians.

BCBA JOB SUMMARY:
- Oversee Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians in-home and at the center
- Conduct FBAs
- Report writing
- Design intervention/treatment plans
- Provide Parent Training
- Provide field training to Behavior Interventionists
- Participate in team meetings
- Participate in Quality Assurance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Passionate about working with children and families
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master's degree in Psychology or in related fields.
- Ability to pass a background clearance
- TB clearance
- Excellent knowledge in report writing
- Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Minimum of 1 years of experience of Clinical Supervision (in-home setting)
