Full-time | In-Office | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll DoAs an Employment Specialist, you will be the key link between job seekers and businesses, ensuring both sides find the right match. You will:

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of job openings.
• Build strong relationships with job seekers to understand their skills and goals.
• Partner with clients to identify staffing needs and match them with qualified talent.
• Manage job postings, applicant flow, and candidate communications.
• Guide applicants through the onboarding and placement process.
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with hiring standards.
• Deliver outstanding service to both associates and clients.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Previous recruiting, HR, staffing, or customer service experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
