Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Specialist to support key HR processes, employee relations, and day-to-day administrative needs. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate employee data, ensuring policy compliance, and delivering an excellent internal employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain personnel records both electronically and physically.
  • Maintain accuracy of internal employee databases and HRIS systems.
  • Prepare, revise, and organize HR documents such as employment agreements, onboarding guides, and compliance materials.
  • Review and update company policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related questions and escalations.
  • Assist with payroll processing by providing timely employee data (vacation, leave, attendance, etc.).
  • Coordinate with external partners such as recruitment agencies, benefits vendors, and compliance providers.
  • Generate HR metrics including turnover, attendance, headcount, and other relevant reporting.
  • Support internal processes such as travel arrangements, expense processing, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Participate in HR operations projects, helping drive ongoing improvements across HR procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR support, HR operations, or generalist responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and documentation.
  • Experience using HRIS and employee data systems.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HR reporting and metrics.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and manage multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-service approach.

Pay Details: $46,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
