Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Specialist to support key HR processes, employee relations, and day-to-day administrative needs. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate employee data, ensuring policy compliance, and delivering an excellent internal employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain personnel records both electronically and physically.
- Maintain accuracy of internal employee databases and HRIS systems.
- Prepare, revise, and organize HR documents such as employment agreements, onboarding guides, and compliance materials.
- Review and update company policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related questions and escalations.
- Assist with payroll processing by providing timely employee data (vacation, leave, attendance, etc.).
- Coordinate with external partners such as recruitment agencies, benefits vendors, and compliance providers.
- Generate HR metrics including turnover, attendance, headcount, and other relevant reporting.
- Support internal processes such as travel arrangements, expense processing, and basic administrative tasks.
- Participate in HR operations projects, helping drive ongoing improvements across HR procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in HR support, HR operations, or generalist responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and documentation.
- Experience using HRIS and employee data systems.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills; able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HR reporting and metrics.
- Familiarity with payroll processes.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally and manage multiple internal stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-service approach.
Pay Details: $46,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
