Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Make a difference working with students in a dynamic high school and transition setting for the 2026-27 school year as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a full-time contract basis. You'll have the rewarding opportunity to collaborate with students who have complex needs, supporting them with tailored behavioral interventions and assistive technology. Your expertise will help foster independence, promote positive behaviors, and support students’ educational journeys.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Deep experience implementing assistive technology for student access and engagement
- Significant background supporting students with complex behavioral, sensory, or learning needs
- Experience in high school or transition programs ideal
- Strong collaboration and team communication skills
- PEL licensure is not required for this position
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to drive effective interventions
- Support integration and effective use of assistive technology in the classroom
- Track progress with data collection, analysis, and regular reporting
- Coach and train staff on best practices in behavior support and technology utilization
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment for every student
