As a Sales & Operations Business Analyst, your primary focus will be on managing and analyzing supply chain operations, utilizing various ERP solutions, and maintaining robust communication channels with customers. Responsibilities:
• Analyzing and interpreting supply chain data to improve efficiency and meet KPIs.
• Utilizing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions for effective operations management.
• Engaging with IBM AS/400 for data management and process optimization.
• Employing 'About Time' software for effective time and resource management.
• Leveraging 3M and Dcs systems to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring all inquiries are resolved in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Forecasting sales and operations trends to help guide business decisions.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and processing customer credit applications efficiently.
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions in response to account status.
• Maintaining open and clear communication channels with all stakeholders.
