We are seeking a proactive Field Resource Planner to manage the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and deployment of field resources in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role requires strong coordination with global stakeholders, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet customer commitments and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end planning and deployment of field service resources.

  • Manage customer communication for all service events, including complex scheduling discussions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with field management, customer support, finance, and other departments.

  • Apply critical thinking to optimize resource utilization and meet service commitments.

  • Conduct capacity planning to handle cyclical demand and shifting priorities.

  • Lead real-time problem-solving and reprioritization as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Self-starter with a customer-centric mindset and strong sense of ownership.

  • Experience in customer-facing roles; healthcare/medical device industry experience is preferred.

  • Ability to travel up to 15% annually for training and development.
