We are seeking a proactive Field Resource Planner to manage the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and deployment of field resources in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role requires strong coordination with global stakeholders, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet customer commitments and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end planning and deployment of field service resources.

Manage customer communication for all service events, including complex scheduling discussions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with field management, customer support, finance, and other departments.

Apply critical thinking to optimize resource utilization and meet service commitments.

Conduct capacity planning to handle cyclical demand and shifting priorities.

Lead real-time problem-solving and reprioritization as required.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Self-starter with a customer-centric mindset and strong sense of ownership.

Experience in customer-facing roles; healthcare/medical device industry experience is preferred.

Ability to travel up to 15% annually for training and development.
