Regal Staffing Services is seeking a Dimensional Quality Control Technician for a partner in the Carrollton area. If you thrive on precision, fast feedback loops, and strengthening processes, this role puts you at the center of assembly quality.

What you’ll do daily

• Inspect parts at critical build checkpoints.
• Maintain in-process inspection checklists and update them as learning emerges.
• Report in-line issues promptly and issue quality alerts for any non-conformances.
• Partner with the Director of Quality on weekly NCN reviews and follow-ups.
• Offer continuous improvement suggestions for both product and process.

Schedule & compensation

• Shift: 1st Shift (7:00am–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday)
• Overtime: Must be flexible for overtime as needed
• Pay Rate: $20.00–$23.00 per hour DOE
• Location: Carrollton, TX

What you bring

• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail; confident catching and fixing defects fast.
• Working knowledge of MRB procedures and root cause analysis.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced setting.
• High school diploma and reliable transportation.
