RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
\n• Provide comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care at the unit level
\n• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
\n• Ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care delivery
\n• Maintain competency of clinical staff through oversight and guidance
\n• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care
\n• Support facility Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining nursing standards
\n• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
