As a Staffing Recruiter with Inergroup, you will play a critical role in our mission to match exceptional candidates with outstanding job opportunities. You will be responsible for high-volume recruiting, working closely with our clients and candidates to ensure successful placements. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
PayStarting salary of $45,000 - $50,000/year and great benefits available!
Primary responsibilities for Staffing Recruiter jobs include:
- Source top talent through various channels including social media, on-site activities, cold calling and texting, internet job boards, and employee referrals
- Conduct outbound phone calls to follow up with applicants and potential candidates.
- Prescreen candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific job openings.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to evaluate their experience, personality, and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire onboarding process, including paperwork, background checks, and reference checks.
- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Assist in job posting and advertisement creation to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients.
Requirements:
- Bilingual with ability to communicate in English and Spanish
- 1 – 3 years of proven experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or a similar role.
- Must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
