Job Description
Responsibilities & Duties (included but not limited to):
- Adjudicate and administer automotive claims, ensuring a smooth delivery of claims services
- Review policies, investigate claims, and determine the payable amount based on coverage and guidelines
- Make accurate and timely decisions on claims, providing clear reasons for their determination
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Evaluate Automotive Car Care claims to determine exposure, liability, and damages
- Answer incoming claim calls concerning warranty coverage and claim issues from customers and dealerships
- Manage and respond to emails in our NetSuite portal
- Prepare necessary forms and gather documentation for all valid claims
- Communicate internally with management regarding the status of Goodwill claims
- Make strategic recommendations for scope of coverages and any changes in compliance language
- Maintain information on various platforms (primarily Excel spreadsheets) for reporting purposes
- Perform miscellaneous administrative job duties as required
