Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Project Foreman with a strong construction background to lead crews on residential and/or commercial projects. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, dependable, bilingual, and has proven experience managing people, coordinating job site activities, and delivering quality work on schedule.

This role requires someone who can work in the field, lead by example, communicate clearly with team members, clients, and vendors, and maintain a safe and productive job site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily activities of construction crews
  • Assign tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and to quality standards
  • Perform hands‑on construction work as needed, including:
  • Forming and pouring concrete
  • Stucco work
  • Painting
  • Demolition
  • Operating tools such as chipping hammers and hammer drills
  • Read and follow project plans, schedules, and instructions
  • Communicate clearly with crew members, clients, and vendors
  • Give and receive direction professionally and effectively
  • Address job site issues and resolve conflicts calmly and respectfully
  • Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards
  • Train and mentor crew members when needed
  • Report progress, issues, and material needs to management

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of construction experience
  • Prior experience as a foreman, lead, or supervisor preferred
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Concrete forming and pouring
  • Stucco
  • Painting
  • Demolition work
  • Experience using construction power tools and equipment
  • Proven ability to lead a team and manage people effectively
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to give and receive constructive criticism
  • Professional attitude with clients and vendors
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
